This error is caused by having an older version of PhoneFile PRO, along with certain serial numbers and license keys. To fix the problem, simply download and install the latest version of PhoneFile PRO from our web site.
You do not need to un-install the existing version - just open or run the 'exe' file on our downloads page to bring your copy of PhoneFile PRO up to date.
